This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You are working on a site under development and trying to translate a page using WPML, but the buttons and the contact form on the page are not being translated.
Solution:
We recommend following the steps in the articles on translating pages and templates created using Divi: https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/divi-builder/ and https://www.elegantthemes.com/integrations/wpml/. If the issue persists, please try the following steps after a full site backup:
1) Increase the WP Memory Limit to 256. For more details, see https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/ and https://wordpress.org/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/#increasing-memory-allocated-to-php.
2) Increase the MaxInputVars of PHP settings to 10000. For more information, visit https://www.a2hosting.in/kb/developer-corner/php/using-php-directives-in-custom-htaccess-files/setting-the-max-input-vars-directive-in-an-htaccess-file.
3) Upgrade to the latest version of the Divi theme at https://www.divichangelog.com/divi-update.
4) Clear all types of caches.
If these steps do not resolve your issue, or if the solution seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If needed, please open a new support ticket for further assistance.
