Hello There, I understand the issue you're having. We've recently assessed the compatibility between WPML, the Eduma Theme, and the LearnPress plugin and found no compatibility issues. Since the WPML adding for LearnPress and Eduma theme is already installed on your site, You should be able to translate the contents just by following their official documentation. - hidden link From the WPMl Debug info, I can see that the Translation preference for the LearnPress Quiz is configured correctly. Could you please recheck the documentation below and make sure that everything is translated properly? [This time, please keep the Loco Translate disabled] - hidden link You can make a small change in the quiz and update the translation again to ensure the translation takes place properly. Let me know how it goes. Regarding translating several text strings- It is possible that the Source language of the strings you're talking about is set to English which is why, the Italian text is showing on the English Website. Please go to "WPML > String Translation", check, and make sure that the Source language of the texts is defined properly. The Italian text contents should display an Italian flag. If it is not showing on your end, please change the source language of the string by following the documentation below. You can also search for the text in the Admin Screen and check if they are registered for translation. Please check the documentation below for a better understanding. I hope it will help. But, feel free to let me know if you need further assistance. I will be happy to help. Best regards, |

Hi, thank you for your email, but I can say it it not 100% right. The quiz is not completely translatable. I was not referring to the quiz (questions and answers) but to these words: After translating the quiz in Italian, all the other words remain in English. Regarding the other words appearing in Italian on the English website, I am sure there is not that problem you mentioned. I have checked it, the author theme checked it as well, and they are working for weeks in order to fix the problem. I am writing just to let you know that WPML and Learnpress ARE NOT 100% COMPATIBLE. |

Hi There, I completely understand your situation and am sorry for any inconvenience. It's important to note that to make a theme or plugin work properly in a multilingual environment, the multilingual and WPML support should be integrated by the author or developers of the theme/plugin. If the support is implemented properly WPML can detect and help you translate content without any issue. Given that the theme author has identified the problem within the theme and is in the process of solving it, it might be best to wait for their resolution. I also suggest contacting the support team and explaining the urgency of your situation. I hope they will help. For compatibility concerns, once they've addressed the translation issue they identified, you might suggest they reach out to our compatibility team. Our team will be more than happy to assist. Please let me know if there is anything I can help right now. I will be happy to help. Best Regards, |
