Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate variable products on my site using WPML. The translations are marked as completed in WPML.

Symptoms:
The last variable products I translated are not displaying variations correctly in English. When I click on 'Choose Color' on the English page, nothing happens. The Spanish version displays variations correctly.

Questions:
Why are the variations not appearing on the English version of the product page?
How can I fix the issue with the variable product translations not displaying correctly?

Hi Adrian,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

I understand the issue here is the variations are not displayed on the translation product page. I suggest you follow some troubleshooting steps below and see if it helps:

1. Go to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Status > Troubleshooting > Select "Sync products variations" and click on Start.

2. Edit the product in the original Spanish language > Make a small change to the description > Update > Update the translation product.
❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks
