Hi Mohamed,
Thanks for contacting WPML support.

First of all, sorry for the late reply due to a higher workload.

I checked the site and the images are missing from the default language too, I don't think this is a translation issue caused by WPML. To confirm that, please disable WPML temporarily and check if the images are loading on the default language.

This is probably an issue with the migration method you used to move the site to the new location.

Kindly contact your hosting provider and check with them if the media files were migrated or not.

Kind regards,
Mohamed

For media files we using "WP offload media" plugin, all media files uploaded to hidden link . where is the option to change the media files path in wpml configuration?

This plugin doesn’t require any special configuration to run with WPML (https://wpml.org/plugin/wp-offload-s3/)

The integration between the two plugins is part of the core WP Offload Media plugin, but no custom settings for WPML are mentioned in their docs (hidden link)

I also checked if we have any similar reports or known issues but I couldn't find any.

In order to isolate the cause of the issue, please create a full backup then disable WPML temporarily, and check if the images are loading on the site's default language.
