Background of the issue:
I was translating some strings from the cart page into French and English and when updating, the padding of the French and English Menus collapsed completely. I had just entered the translation of Gratislieferung, Kostenloser Versand und „Acheter Maintenant“. This is also used in the Black Teaser Header on Top and was updated. After this, the crash happened. As I exited and entered the page again, I noticed that the complete translations of the pages HOME and RAUMDUFT are gone. The pages are still there, but in German. Also, I cannot access the backend of the translated pages anymore. This happened before when Chanel was translating pages. I believe there is a problem with WPML and it copies the original German content somehow over the translated pages. I only made changes to one paragraph on the HOME page today, although I did a lot on pictures, products, and shipping settings.
Symptoms:
The complete translations of the pages HOME and RAUMDUFT are gone, and I cannot access the backend of the translated pages anymore.
Questions:
Why are the complete translations of the pages HOME and RAUMDUFT gone?
Why can't I access the backend of the translated pages anymore?
Is there a known issue with WPML copying the original German content over the translated pages?
Can you restore the content in French and English for the affected pages?
JUST LET ME KNOW WHERE THE TRANSLATION GONE AND DO NOT DO ANYTHING ON WEBSITE.
WE NEED THE REASONS AND SOLUTION SO THAT IT WILL NOT AGAIN OCCUR IN FUTURE AND EVERYTIME IT HAPPENS FOR HOME AND RAUMDUFT PAGES ONLY

Hello,
Question:
How are you translating the pages? If you are using the Advanced Translation Editor, your translations should be saved inside the translation memory of this editor and you would just need to translate the pages again.
Could you please increase the WordPress memory limit (WP Memory Limit) to at least 256 MB? WPML requires at least 128M.
Your current values are:
PHP Memory Limit 5120M
WP Memory Limit 40M
To do this, you need to connect to your website's server and open the wp-config.php file in a text editor. The file is located in the root directory of WordPress.
Add this code to the wp-config.php file to increase WordPress memory:
define ('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
Add this just before this comment:
// That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging.
The current values can be viewed under WPML > Support > WordPress.
These settings can be restricted directly by your hosting provider. I therefore recommend contacting them and asking them to change them directly if the changes are not applied immediately.
I have increased the memory limit in wordpress.
But my concern is still how this happened like i made change in original homepage in German language and the content goes overrided in English and French langauge although we have translated them alone. Can you explain this?
And also what about history of editor where we can see that you are mentioning here - your translations should be saved inside the translation memory of this editor and you would just need to translate the pages again.
And FYI- We have copied content from pages to different languages and we are translating independently in that each page. Although WPML Translation editor is used but we are not using it for Translation neither on original page nor on independent copies of these pages

If you create translations with the WordPress Editor, then you need to set the "WordPress Editor" as translation method on the original content. The option is found inside the right sidebar of the WordPress Editor on the original content.
Can you please confirm if your content is using the correct translation method?
The WPML Translation Editor can not recognize changes that were made inside the WordPress Editor on the translated content and will overwrite such changes.
I followed the guide fyi we are using wpbakery builder and seeing only 2 options - wpml tranlation editor and second is Classic editor. I am afraid changing it to classic editor will broke the design as well as tranlated content that we are adding.
We had 3 different pages for home in 3 languages. Whenever we want to add translation suppose for English we go to that page and add text and design in wpbakery builder.
