Background of the issue:
I'm trying to make a change in the Elementor loop template to the default language (Ukrainian) to trigger WPML to see that I updated the template and cleared the cache.
Symptoms:
WPML doesn't see that the Elementor template has been changed.
Questions:
Why doesn't WPML recognize the changes made to the Elementor template?
How can I ensure WPML detects updates to my Elementor templates?
While one of my teammates handles your ticket, I will provide you with initial debugging steps.
First, please update your WPML plugin and add-ons to the latest version, 4.7.2, to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements. This may not necessarily resolve your problem; however, we need to work on the newest code available to troubleshoot the issue best.
You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on this site. Instructions to update can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/
If you do not see the updates, you might need to click the Check for updates button in the Plugins → Add New Plugin → Commercial tab.
You need to make sure to update Elementor and WordPress itself.
Please remember to backup your database before you proceed.
If the issue persists after an update, try making tiny changes to the template's name or adding and removing some widgets in it.
