Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I can see the issue on this page: hidden link

Could you please try to follow the below procedure and let me know how it goes:

1. Open the default language page in Edit mode.
2. Make a small change, for example, add a space or + sign in your page title.
3. Update the page by pressing the “Update” button.
4. Now, please remove that small change that did in step #2.
5. Update the page again.
6. Now, please try to open the translated page in WPML Translation Editor and make sure the translation is 100% complete, press the Complete Translation button.
7. Clear all sorts of site/server/CDN cache and see if this resolves the issue.

Kindly let me know the results,
Thank you

Thanks for providing the problematic post link. I can see the untranslated content on those posts. To take a closer look at this issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your next answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

=== Please backup your database and website ===

✙ I would need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is essential.

Thank you

Thanks for providing the login details. I followed these steps:

1. Opened the Rooms page in edit mode (EN).
2. Clicked the secondary language icon to open the translation in WPML Translation Editor.
3. I can see that the English content is currently being used in the translated fields (please check the attached screenshot).
4. Could you please open the translation from the following link, add the correct translated content, and click Save & Close, then check if the issue is resolved?

Sorry for the delay, I was off during the weekend (Friday-Saturday). At the moment, the WPML Classic Translation Editor is enabled (WPML >> Settings > Translation Editor). With this editor, you need to manually add the Japanese translation in the fields on the right-hand side and then click Save & Close.

If you would like automatic translation:

1. Go to WPML >> Settings and switch the Translation Editor to Advanced Translation Editor (ATE).

2. Then go to WPML >> Translation Dashboard, select the pages, and send them for translation. Here is a doc for more details: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/#how-to-use-translation-dashboard

3. You can either translate selected pages or enable the “Translate Everything Automatically” option. Here is a doc for more details: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/translate-everything-automatically/

Please let me know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance with this issue.

Thank you

Sorry for the confusion earlier. The issue was caused by a cached version of the page being served to visitors.

I activated the Breeze cache plugin and cleared the cache. After that, the Japanese translation is now displayed correctly on the Rooms listing and details pages.

Could you please check again in an incognito window and confirm?

Thank you
