After rolling back their website to a previous working version, the client is facing issues with WPML translations not working. The error message indicates that the default language, English, must be mapped to a supported language to use automatic translation.

<br />This usually happens when you still haven\'t gone through the banner that appears when you migrate or restore to a previous version of your site. Please first go through the migration banner options and then the problem will likely disappear. In the rare case it doesn\'t, Make sure you have a mapping setup for the available languages of your site. You can do that from WPML > Languages > Edit Languages.<br />\n\nIf these steps do not resolve the issue, it might be due to other factors that are not addressed here. We highly recommend checking related known issues at <a href="https://wpml.org/known-issues/">https://wpml.org/known-issues/</a>, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. sergeL-13	Hi, I rolledback my website to a working version and now I have issue with the translation. I tried by updating WPML but it's still same issue. In my windows I have : Your default language, English, must be mapped to a supported language in order to use automatic translation.(picture 1), when I click on it it's redirecting to the page (Picture 2 and 3) Automatic translation is not working anymore. Can you please help ? I can give access to you if needed. Same translation was working fine that day that I did the backup, it stop working only after the rollback.

On your first screenshot please map the language to English and French accordingly. On the second screenshot please click "indicate that this site should be at ..." sergeL-13	Thanks for your reply, unfoirtunately if it was simple like that I would not request for support. No language is available to be mapped in the first screen (See image 2 in this post, the only option is do not map this language). When I got in language , I can see the default is English. On the second screen no radio box is available to check (It used to be present), it's just a text and if you take a look closely you will find that different from what you said to select. This is the text: You or someone else moved this site to hidden link. But I am already on this .com, why this message. Thanks
