Background of the issue:
I am trying to complete a translation using the Advanced Translation Editor. All fields are translated but the displayed completion status is stuck at 99%. After I click the "Complete Translation" button nothing happens. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Other translations on other pages work perfectly fine.

The website editor already the following approach:
Could you please try the below procedure:
1. Please open the default language page in Edit mode.
2. Make a small change, for example, add a space or + sign in your page/post title.
3. Update the page by pressing the "Update" button.
4. Now, please remove that small change that did in step #2.
5. Update the page again.
6. Now, please try to open the translated page in WPML Translation Editor and make sure the translation is 100% complete and press the complete translation button.

Symptoms:
The completion status is stuck at 99% and nothing happens after clicking the "Complete Translation" button.

Questions:
Why is the translation completion status stuck at 99%?
Why does nothing happen when I click the "Complete Translation" button?

Since the Advanced Translation Editor is running on wpml.org, can you look into this and fix whats broken?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

Please contact your hosting providers and ask them to increase the max_input_vars value to 10000, then double-check if the issue disappeared.

The actual max_input_vars value is 1000 and you can double-check it in WPML -> Support.

Looking forward to your message.
Regards,
Carlos
