Background of the issue:
I am trying to get the saved patterns to show on the list of patterns. I expected to see the patterns in any category I saved them in, but they don't show up. If I disable WPML completely, I can see the generated patterns and categories that I have created.

Symptoms:
The saved patterns do not appear in the list of patterns. Instead, I only see the normal patterns that the default theme Twenty-Twenty Five offers.

Questions:
Why don't the saved patterns appear in the list when WPML is enabled?
How can I make the saved patterns visible without disabling WPML?

Thanks for contacting us.

The correct method to view and translate patterns is using the Translation Management as mentioned here https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-content-created-using-gutenberg-editor/#translating-menus-in-site-editor-templates .

Are you trying to edit each translated pattern manually?

In the meantime, please backup and update your WPML plugins to the latest version.
