This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was charged 293.33 euros and could not find the corresponding invoice.
Solution:
We sent the invoice to the client's account email. We also recommended checking the following documentation on where to find invoices: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-invoices/
If the invoice is still not visible, we advised the client to contact us again for further investigation.
