there is something i wanted to ask or if that is something you can do? basically when someone orders, the customer notes on was usually all in english, but now what is happening is that if a customer uses for example dutch, the order note is all translated in the same language in which the customer ordered. can we have that in english?

Usually the content is shown in the "admin language" meaning the language the user has set on their profile.
The problem with the notes is that these are "fixed" messages and if a user is in the dutch language, then the note will appear in the dutch language.
I'll ask our devs to see if it's possible to have this improved. However this is something they would have to study, analyze and won't happen right away (if they accept the feature request, that is, because if there's a restriction or something we won't be able to do much there).
I'll try to see if we can find a workaround for you in the meantime. I can't promise you anything, but I'll give it a try and let you know how it goes.
Also since 18th we faced a lot of issues, since 18th if you see our orders they are going to draft and this never happened before. Can you check why is this happening? We are very confused because nothing was done on that date
