[Closed] Duplicating causes timeout error

To better understand the issue with the timeout errors and incorrect duplication in random languages, we have a couple of follow-up questions:

1. How many products are you trying to duplicate at once? A large number of duplications can easily exceed server execution time limits, especially if your hosting environment has strict resource limits.

2. Can you please share your WordPress debug logs and server error logs? These will help us pinpoint whether the problem stems from PHP timeouts, memory limits, or plugin conflicts.

Once we have this information, we’ll be in a better position to assist you further and suggest an optimal solution.

Thanks for getting back.

1) Can you also check server error logs, there should be at least timeout error mentioned.

2) It could be that there is a lot of information to be duplicated, so it takes time, so it could bethat this is nothing unexpected.

Does the same issue happen with simple test product, or only specific ones?

3) Go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial > Click “Check for updates" and update WPML plugins to latest versions.

Please make sure to create a backup before doing any actions, just in case.

4) I am afraid there is no way to be duplicated in background, but you can try custom code and our hooks:
