[Waiting for user confirmation] Footer text not getting translated in a wordpress website.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the website hidden link using WPML. I am following the documentation at https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/ to achieve this.

The links in the footer have been translated, but the other text in the footer is not getting translated.

Symptoms:
The footer text on my WordPress website is not getting translated.

Questions:
Where can I translate the text in the footer using WPML?

Hello,

I am not sure how you are creating the footer, but since I see you are using Elementor, I suppose you are using Elementor templates.

If so, then you need to translate the Footer template via WPML > Translation Management:

Please note that if you are using not officially compatible 3rd part add-ons they might not show for translation and you/theme author would need to add compatibility code for them as explained here:

If you are using WordPress widgets, you can translate as explained here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-widgets/
