I am trying to:
Noticed that random pages are only partially translated, even though they are showing 100% translated in the Translations queue. Seems like only headers and maybe bold text is translating?

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

(these are just 2 examples to start)

I expected to see:
Pages translated matching the translations in the Translations queue

Instead, I got:
Partiall translated pages

Hi,

I took a look at the pages and saw what you meant.

Since you explain that the pages are 100% translated, it is hard to know why some sentences are randomly not translated.

I would like to request admin access to your site, in order to see if I can solve this issue quickly.
Before I can proceed with any changes, I will need your confirmation that you have a backup.

I have set your next reply to be private so you can share credentials there.
Remember that it is always better to create a new admin user for me, then when we are done you can delete it.

Thanks.

I tried logging in but I am getting an incorrect password error.

Can you please verify again that the credentials are correct?

Update.

hidden link - this page seems to be translated correctly now, some strings are suffixed with " ES" just to verify they display correctly. All I did was make a small adjustment to the page and translate it.

Regarding the "Recommended Camping Gears" footer, I couldn't find how it is added to the page.

Can you direct me to where that is done?

That is stored in the 'Reusable Blocks' area: hidden link

Here is another page with the problem (I'm sure there are several more at this point), so are you saying I have to go to all my pages, make some kind of edit and then re-save it?

Thanks

About the regular untranslated texts, yes it seems that making a minor update is the fix.
Please take a look at the page you sent, you can see that there is a translation in progress with the missing texts.

About the Reusable Block, I see that now, thank you. I now understood that this is coming from the Appearance -> Before/after content setting.
That means that in order to make the translation appear on the Spanish pages, the setting itself had to be translated.

What I did was look for the string in WPML -> String Translation -> Translate texts in admin screens, add it to the String Translation table and translate it. The translated value is the id of the Spanish Reusable Block, which can be obtained in the way that is described here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/how-to-translate-theme-options/

If you have more blocks, or will in the future, that you add not using a page builder or Gutenberg but via settings, you will need to follow the same procedure.

Please update me if you need anything else.

Ok, let's go back to this post: hidden link

I have translatated it multiple times at this point (each time burning credits), it's not updating and continues to just show a status of In progress. I even went thru all the places you put ES to clean that up as well, so it's been translated moe than once and shows translated in the translation screen. You say you put ES on the ones you translated, but when I went back in there, they were still in English and I had to translate again (and removed the ES). It's like I'm chasing my tail on this problem at this point. 🙂

Thanks

Sorry update, I cleared my cache in WP Engine and I believe it's showing correctly now. Will continue to review and let you know if anything else pops up. Thanks
