Problem:
You are unable to register your site key and receive an 'Unable to parse data from service response' error. This might be due to the IP of your site being blocked by our systems.
Solution:
We have identified that this issue is affecting users who are using WP Engine in combination with Cloudflare. Our initial findings suggest that our firewall may be blocking requests from WP Engine servers. We are currently investigating this issue and will update you as soon as we have more information. In the meantime, if this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

I can see that you are using WP Engine in combination with Cloudflare, which is currently affected by a known issue on our side. Our system administrators are investigating the problem at the moment.

Based on our initial findings, it appears that our firewall may be blocking requests coming from the WP Engine servers. We are actively working on this and will keep you informed as soon as we have more details or an update.
