Problem:
You are unable to register your site key and receive an 'Unable to parse data from service response' error. This might be due to the IP of your site being blocked by our systems.
Solution:
We have identified that this issue is affecting users who are using WP Engine in combination with Cloudflare. Our initial findings suggest that our firewall may be blocking requests from WP Engine servers. We are currently investigating this issue and will update you as soon as we have more information. In the meantime, if this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
