Problem:
The client's footer is not translated and does not appear in the strings.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue and you used Divi to create your footer, we recommend you refer to the following articles for instructions on translating the Global Footer:

If you have already completed the translation but it is not displaying correctly on the front end of your site, please try the workaround mentioned in this errata: Divi Global Footer Translation Issue, and see if that resolves your issue.
This solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
