Hey there,

Your website seems to be offline. Also, I don't have its credentials anymore, as they were automatically removed from previous tickets. Can you please share them again? I've enabled the private fields.

Hi Lucas

I followed steps that you mentied:

1. Install plugin Elementor,
2. Install Car Dealer
3. Install theme and active

After that in the Templates-> Listing Single v1
hidden link
I replace field text describe with "Përshkrim" in albanie just for test.

In the WPML > Translation Management add this template for traslation.

But look like heading title are the same doesn't mater which language user selected.
hidden link

Please can your review and tell me if i don right steps with listings where is eh problem that heading title not translate.

Thanks

Hey there,

I was able to verify, thank you. In this case, it's not a WPML problem, but the fact that this theme/plugin is not WPML compatible and multilingual-ready.

I'd suggest you contact the plugin authors and recommend them to join our 'Go Global' program https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/go-global-program/ where our Compatibility developers will help them make their product 100% compatible with WPML for free.

Hi Lucas,

I don't understand way WPML is not compatible with theme ? while this plugins is
on the theme documentation.

I joined https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/go-global-program/
What should I do next that on the Listing Single V1:
hidden link
to translate heading title as you can observe on the screenshot.

Hi there,

Thanks for your message.

Just to clarify: for WPML to work correctly, the theme and plugins used must be multilingual-ready. This means they need to be built following WordPress internationalization standards — something only the theme or plugin author can ensure.

Even if the documentation claims compatibility, we can’t guarantee it unless the product has been officially tested and approved by our team. We both verified in the testing environment that, in the current state, the template titles are not fully translatable.

It's not up to you to join the 'Go Global' program — it's the author who needs to do that so we can help them make their product fully WPML-compatible.

Without that, we can't ensure everything will translate as expected.

Let us know if you’d like help reaching out to the author.

Best regards,
