calebW-2	Tell us what you are trying to do? Translate Custom BuddyPress Profile Tabs (i.e. /members/username) which were created using the BuddyDev "BuddyPress User Profile Tabs Creator Pro" plugin (hidden link) Is there any documentation that you are following? This support ticket is almost exactly the same issue: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translate-custom-buddypress-profile-tabs-and-subtabs/. I just could not figure it out. Subash Chandra Poudel	Hi there, Thank you for the video explaining the issue in detail. To troubleshoot the issue further, I would need to take a closer look at your site. So would you please mind sharing temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site? Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated. I have enabled a private reply for you to share the credentials securely, which means only you and I have access to it. IMPORTANT: Please take a complete backup of the site first to avoid data loss. ✙ I would additionally need your permission to make a copy of the site with plugins like Duplicator and deploy it on my local machine to test the issue further. Subash Chandra Poudel	Thank you for the details. I looked into the site and the plugin settings further and I was able to see that the English page hidden link is translated to hidden link However, not all slugs and texts are translated. In your case, the implementation of the plugin seems different than the one reported in the related ticket link you shared. Also, the plugin version has changed since then so probably there were some updates no longer supporting proper translation with WPML. Also, I don't see the plugin in our compatible plugins list linked next: https://wpml.org/plugin/ This does not mean the plugin is entirely incompatible with WPML though! We can test the issue further and verify if we can fix it through some settings. But, in the meantime can you please also contact the plugin provider and see if the plugin is compatible with WPML, if not ask them to join our Go Global Program linked next so that we can work together with them to make the plugin completely compatible with WPML: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/ Now, to test the compatibility further, can you please: - Login to the test site I set up for you using the next link: hidden link - Set up WPML and the plugins required to recreate the issue on the site. - Please make sure to use as less content, setup, and options as possible which will keep the test site simple and make it easier to troubleshoot. calebW-2	Hi Subash, Thanks so much for looking into this and assisting me with it! I would still like to troubleshoot this further but just haven't been able to use the test site yet you so kindly provided. I did do more work on the LIVE site to see if I could get it working, but alas, I couldn't figure it out so I'd love to try you're idea on a test site before this ticket closes.
