This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was unable to translate a dropdown widget on their website, despite having translated all the strings in the widget and the page.
Solution:
We recommended the client to follow the steps described in the WPML guide for finding and translating strings that don't appear on the String Translation page, which can be found here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/
Additionally, we advised checking the plugin's official documentation for further guidance on translating the widget, available here: https://moreconvert.com/docs/integrations/wishlist-translate-plugin/
If the issue persists after following these steps, we suggested opening a new support ticket for further assistance.
Please note that the solution provided might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you need further assistance, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
