[Resolved] Translation of WCFM Store Manager pages
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client reported that despite having installed, activated, and licensed the WCFM Ultimate Plugin, the dashboard was still prompting to purchase the plugin. Solution: We first confirmed that there are no known compatibility issues with the WCFM Ultimate Plugin, except for the "Policy" page, which is documented here: https://docs.wclovers.com/wcfm-wpml/. We then suggested that the issue might be related to permalinks settings, which differed from those in our Sandbox environment. We recommended that the client contact WCFM support for further assistance, as the issue could not be reproduced from scratch, indicating that it might not be a general compatibility issue that we could address with a code patch.
If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend checking your permalinks settings and reaching out to WCFM support for help. Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you need further assistance, please open a new support ticket with us: WPML support forum.

Hi Tatiana,
I isolated everything on the local installation and can't see why this error occurred. Let's try to reproduce it as the next step. Please install "WCFM - WooCommerce Frontend Manager" on this hidden link isolated Sandbox environment so we can see if it's reproducible from scratch to confirm a compatibility issue.
thank you for providing the link. I have installed all 3 WCFM Plugins that we are using on our webpage. I can see that it is working fine in the sandbox.
Do you think it might be some specific settings in WCFM?

Hi Tatiana,
As it's working here, I can't confirm any compatibility issue with WPML. The settings could be the cause. You can compare WCFM settings between your website and the staging. WPML settings are all normal.
I have added all settings as in the WCFM on our webpage. I have noticed, however, that your sandbox does not seem to see the WCFM Ultimate Plugin, that I have installed and used one of our licenses to activate it. Can you please check, whether that could be the case?
The dashboard offers me to purchase the Ultimate plugin, although it is already installed, activated and with a license.

Hi Tatiana,
the license seems to be correctly confirmed: hidden link. To make sure if this notice results from a failed license (domain?) check or just a wrong notice, I recommend you contact the team authors. Feel free to share the Sandbox link with them.

Hi Tatiana,
I would suspect something related to permalinks, as this seems to be the only difference in your installation compared to the Sandbox: hidden link.
But this will probably be better checked/answered by WCFM support. There is little we can check from our side if the issue can't be reproduced from scratch, as this means there is no general compatible issue that can patched by code.
