This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue with withdrawing credits from their WPML account, receiving the error message 'Unable to withdraw credits from wpml.org, please contact technical support.' This problem occurred after a recent update, and it is not related to a specific website but rather to an account setting.
Solution:
1. We first checked for common causes such as PHP fatal errors or issues related to WooCommerce, which were not applicable in this case as the client confirmed there are no custom codes or WooCommerce products involved.
2. We then escalated the issue for a manual investigation of the backend, specifically looking into the client's WPML account status and credit allocation.
3. We advised the client to provide debug information from their site to further assist in resolving the issue. Instructions for obtaining this information can be found here: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/
4. We recommended applying a solution that involves backend fixes or a manual organization unlock if a lock or sync desync is detected.

I tried to send back unused tickets from a website to wpml agency account but got this error : Unable to withdraw credits from wpml.org, please contact technical support.

this is not related to a specific website, it's an account setting preventing me from retrieving unused credits from a website and assign it to another.

I used to do that before the latest update. Please check attached screenshot.
I checked this issue online and everyone is saying that it's a bug and I should contact support to enable organization features that got disabled after the latest updates

Just to confirm, the site has 44 translation credits that you are trying to move back to your wpml.org account, correct?

Yess correct, but please note that it's not regarding a specific website, I would like to enable the feature to allow me to move back credits from any website that we're managing to WPML account. this feature was working fine before.
