[Resolved] We able to create the translation but not the html code
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client needed to change not only the text on the front end but also the URL.
Solution: First, we recommended that the client update their WPML plugin to the latest version, which at the time was 4.6.9, along with any add-ons, to ensure they have all the latest bug fixes and improvements. We provided a link to the update instructions: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/ and reminded them to back up their database before proceeding.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking the related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket: https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/.

Please provide a detailed description of the steps you took to add this text and URL. You may also include additional screenshots.
Could you please update your WPML plugin to the latest version 4.6.9 and add-ons to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements? This may not necessarily resolve your problem, however, in order to troubleshoot the issue best we need to work on the latest code available.
You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on this site. Instructions to update can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/
Please remember to backup your database first before you proceed.
Hi
today morning we found that our site translations are missing. and again it shows all the translation pages.
how ever now menus are missing.
need to find the reason before we proceed.
Is this the same issue that you initially reported? Can you please elaborate a little more so I can better understand?
To ensure we do not mix the problems in one support ticket, if this is not related to the original issue being resolved, may I kindly ask you to open a new ticket for each of your latest questions? This will also help other users with similar problems find solutions when searching the forum.
To troubleshoot the issue further, you need the latest WPML update. The problem may not occur with the newest version. Therefore, I suggest you fully back up your website and proceed with the updates.
Additionally, please open a new ticket if you have another problem and provide details about it. This will help ensure that your problem receives the necessary attention.
Thank you. Could you please show me the place where you added this URL in the theme?
Have you attempted to locate the URL in this manner?
1. Go to WPML → String Translation.
2. Enable the option "Look for strings while pages are rendered".
3. Navigate to the page where untranslated strings are displayed.
4. Return to WPML >> String Translation and verify if the given string has been registered.
5. Translate the URL.
