This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to translate the cart and checkout pages to German using modern blocks instead of the legacy PHP version.
Solution:
We recommend going to WPML > Theme and plugins localization, selecting WooCommerce, and clicking the scan button. Wait for the scan to finish. This should resolve the issue and display the cart contents in German.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

I can't translate to German the cart and checkout pages. I must use the modern blocks for the cart and checkout and not the legacy PHP version. I would give access to the support staff to resolve the issue

Hi,

Welcome to WPML support. Would you please follow the steps mentioned below?

https://wpml.org/errata/woocommerce-multilingual-cart-page-strings-not-translated-when-using-blocks/

After that, you should be able to translate the cart page.

If you have a customization for those pages, I will need to know if you used any sort of theme or third-party related code to create the cart page.

Also, I'd appreciate it if you could provide the debug information:

https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support

Thanks.

Hello,

Thank you for the login information. I went to WPML > Theme and plugins localization and selected WooCommerce and clicked the scan button.

Waited for the scan to finish and it fixed the issue and now the cart contains proper German words.

Thanks.
