I am trying to: Copied a property and noticed that property translation page shows a strange field-_aioseop_description field. We do not have AIOSEO but Yoast Seo plugin. This field should not be showing anywhere. It is showing the details from the original version (that I copied), but now in the copy, this main-language field is unaccessable in WPML translation view. I am able to edit the translations text. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: I expected to see: I expect not to see the field-_aioseop_description at all since we do not have AIOSEO installed. Instead, I got: I see the field field-_aioseop_description and cannot access the main-language text for it. |

Hi, I can go and edit the translations first and then go to the main property page and edit the finnish language (mainlanguage), but then the WPML shows that my other languages need updating. If I go and update, the mainlanguage shows the original (not updated) test. (Original in this instance is a flat in Turku with 80m2 and correct info is Vantaa and 46m2). Please see the photos! This seems to be a conflict between WPML and AIOSEO. I would like to see the whole AIOSEO description field gone when not using AIOSEO plugin. What to do? - Anne |

Hello, thanks for contacting us. Since we limit 1 issue per ticket to keep things clear, I will concentrate on "I expect not to see the field-_aioseop_description". It seems at some point in the past you have installed AISEO plugin, and all data was not removed correctly when uninstalling it, so WPML fetches all data from the default language and shows it for translation. If you disable WPML, these data will still be there in the default language. You can simply check it by visiting these posts in the post meta database table. You should remove all related data from AISEO in the default langauge, and if you need help removing it contact their support, as this is not related to WPML plugins or caused by us. During these process if you wish you can have WPML disabled, as it is not really related. For example, you can see a similar report on their support forum:: - https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-completely-remove-aioseop/ Hope this helps. Regards, |

Hello Anne, thanks for getting back. Yes, but seems it doesn't remove all data related, and some are left in the post meta table. Let us know how it goes and if there is anything else we can do for you. Regards, |
