Background of the issue:
I manage a WordPress multisite network with around 18 websites. I primarily create new posts on two main websites: master-blog.running-point.de and master-blog.tennis-point.de. To distribute content across the network, I use the ThreeWP Broadcast plugin, which automatically syncs posts from these master sites to the others. For automatic translation, I regularly purchase token/credit packages. I need to allocate these translation credits individually per master site.
Short video hidden link

Symptoms:
Currently, the separation of translation credits is not working. When master-blog.running-point.de triggers an automatic translation, the credits are still deducted from the tennis-point.de account, leading to confusion and difficulty in tracking usage across departments.

Questions:
How can I assign and isolate translation credits for each master site separately?
Why are credits being deducted from the wrong website when automatic translation is triggered?

Hello,

thanks, lets concentrate on hidden link, and that you can manage credits for that website. I can assing credits from our side, but will not solve potential issue you have and future case.

1) Can you please go to WPML account and remove website that you have other then main network website.

2) Go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial > Click “Check for updates" and update WPML plugins to latest versions.

Please make sure to create a backup, before doing any actions, just in case.

Then get back so I can check further.

Regards,
Drazen

Hello,

I have checked further, and at the moment, it's known limitation and is not possible to assign translation credits separately for each subsite in a WordPress multisite setup — credits are shared across the entire network. I understand how this can be limiting, especially when managing subsites independently.

I’ve escalated this as a feature request to our developers so they can consider it for future improvements.

In the meantime, I’ve manually assigned the required credits to your subsite to help you continue working without interruptions.

Regards,
Drazen

Is it possible to set up Pay-as-you-go individually for Tennis and Running with separate credit cards when credits are used up?
