This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client wants to move the language option buttons from the bottom of each page to the top right corner.
Solution:
We recommend removing the language switcher from the footer and adding it to the site's main menu. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Navigate to WPML → Languages → Footer and uncheck the option 'Show language switcher in footer'.
2. Go to WPML → Languages → Menu language switcher → Add a new language switcher to a menu.
3. Customize the language switcher and select the main menu from the dropdown list.
For detailed instructions, please refer to our tutorial: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-switcher-options/#add-a-language-switcher-to-a-menu-footer-or-widget.

Please try these steps and let us know if you need further assistance. Hello there,

You can change the location of the language switcher by applying it to the site's menu.

Please check our tutorial here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-switcher-options/#add-a-language-switcher-to-a-menu-footer-or-widget

But in essence you can go to WPML → Languages → Footer and uncheck the option 'Show language switcher in footer'.

Then you go to WPML → Languages → Menu language switcher → Add a new language switcher to a menu.

You'll be able to customize it and select your main menu from the dropdown list.

Thank you, please give it a try and let us know.
Mateus
