Tell us what you are trying to do?
There are post which are not converted in any language but there is a duplicate URL, meta title and description of that URL which I want google to not crawl

Is there any documentation that you are following?
No

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Hi there,

I see on your site that the URL some language like ID exists ( hidden link ) and is a normal page and thus the Canonical URL of that URL is pointing to itself.

I think you duplicated the page in the secondary language as expalined in the next then set it to edit independently, did I got it correct?

If yes, I am afraid you cannot set not to crawl this specific URL with WPML. However you might be able to set the page to no index or block it from robots.txt with your SEO plugin.
