This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is using a pay-as-you-go account for WPML automatic translations and has reached the $100 threshold, which requires a special payment to continue. However, the client is unable to find the payment button to proceed with translations.
Solution:
1. Create a full site backup.
2. Navigate to Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab and check for updates, ensuring all WPML plugins are up to date.
3. Clear any existing cache memory.
4. Attempt to send another content for translation or go to WPML -> Translation Dashboard -> Translation Tools tab. A pop-up window should appear, allowing the client to make the necessary payment and continue with the automatic translation.

If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems outdated, we recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If problems persist, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a new page on my pay-as-you-go account, but I encounter an issue. The correct site for translation is hidden link. I know that when you reach $100, a special payment is required to continue, but I can't find a button to make this payment, and the next payment is due on the 1st of November, which is too late for me.

Symptoms:
When I try to translate, it says: 'You dont have enough credits.'

Questions:
Why does it say I don't have enough credits when my account is pay-as-you-go?
How can I make the special payment to continue translating?

I did all the steps and tips and I cant still continue using my PAY AS YOU GO. It still appears as: You dont have enought credits, please contact the owner for more credits.

But we are paying for PAY AS YOU GO!

I do not see the process too much difficult! I need help, please. I cannot click on any link to ''ask'' for more credtis because the account is PAY AS YOU GO!

Can you collect the credits that have been consumed until today? In order to continue using the account, that is the solution we use, everything else is fine.

Please follow these steps:
- Create a full site backup
- Go to Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab -> Check for updates and update all the WPML plugins
- Flush any cache memory that might exist
- Try to send another content for translation or go to WPML -> Translation Dashboard -> Translation Tools tab, and you should see a pop-up window to pay so you can continue the automatic translation.

What happened is that your site reached the first translation threshold. Once the payment is finished, you should be able to continue translating the content.
