Background of the issue:
I'm trying to translate some strings on my site hidden link using WPML. These strings were previously translated by the support team but have now reverted back.

The strings that require translation are on the top left in the screenshot i shared

Symptoms:
The strings I want to translate do not show up in the string translation menu.

Questions:
Why are the strings not appearing in the string translation menu?
How can I ensure the translations do not revert back?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Have you tried the following steps?

1. Go to WPML → String Translation.

2. Enable the option to automatically register strings.

3. Navigate to the page where the untranslated strings appear.

4. Return to WPML → String Translation and check if the specified strings have been registered.

5. Translate the strings.

Thank you for your feedback.

I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site—preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible—in order to be of better help. When you log in to leave your next reply, you will find the needed fields below the comment area. The information you will enter is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it.

Thank you for providing the details.

I successfully translated the strings by following these steps:

1. Navigate to WPML → String Translation.

2. Click on "Not seeing the strings you are looking for?" and then go to Admin Texts Translation.

3. Search for the strings and add them to the translation list.

4. Translate the strings.

I have attached the screenshots.
