Background of the issue:
I've enabled WPML on the website hidden link, which runs on Theme.co's Pro theme. I've tried both classic and updated theme-elements.
Symptoms:
In the translation editor, only the SEO texts show up, and nothing gets translated.
Thank you for contacting the support. Meanwhile this ticket is attended by one of my colleagues, please note that some theme elements aren’t compatible with WPML. Until we improve our compatibility, you can manually translate these elements with the built-in Theme language editor:
1. Edit your page using the Theme editor (Cornerstone).
2. In the top-right, click the language you want to edit.
3. Edit the elements with untranslated texts and manually enter translations.
Hi,
could you please forward the colleague who handled a similar previous question I asked a few months ago? Your answer doesn't reflect my situation, as I described that also the non-classic elements won't be translated. He found several simple fixes, including adding some settings (json file I believe, if I recall correctly), that helped a lot, and he definitely had the experience with this theme.
No, that's not the issue. I did not and don't want to follow the advice to translate using the theme's language switcher. Theme.co is actually considering dropping that language switcher, since the theme is compatible with WPML. I do have other sites running perfect on WPML.
I did followed the advice give earlier, to use the newer elements instead of the classic ones. That works on other sites, but doesn't on this one.
Regarding the remark that the team is working on compatibility: that is something that has been answered to many questions....for years. I know theme.co is very open to collab with WPML, as the lead developer stated in their beta-forum. So please, reach out and get things moving.
But back to my example: why do both classic and new elements aren't translated on this website, while they do on others with them same theme?

To give an answer to your question I will need to take a closer look at the site.
As an alternate, I can provide a WPML test site on which you could install the latest version of the theme and its plugins and import your pages so that we can run further tests.
This way I could try to create a config for the widgets that are not yet translatable.
Let me know how you would like to proceed. My suggestion to recreate the issue on a test site would be the most effective way of handling the issue. If you can not provide the theme and its plugins for testing, it would be ideal to have access to a staging site.
