I am facing a strange issue on hidden link

As you can see in the screenshot below the marked features are not correctly translated. This happens in both target languages english hidden link and italian hidden link

In the wpml editor i can't find those features and for some reason they took the text from another section using siteorigin features element.

After some further testing, we were able to translate the widgets bundle by activating String Translation. Please take a look at the test site we set up for this: hidden link

Do you have string translation active on your live site where you are seeing the issue? If so, do you have a staging site where you can deactivate non WPML plugins and switch to a default theme, then update the original page again and send to translation and see if the content shows in the editor after those steps.

Please see my previous private reply and let me know once the migration is complete. I will need a username and password that was created before the migration, and you can attach this in your next reply in the private fields for WordPress credentials. I will not use this to log in to your live site, this is to allow me to log in once the site has been migrated. Thanks!

You can try it on the live site, but make sure you have a full backup. Otherwise, don't let those instructions overwhelm you. It's really just installing a plugin and entering the settings and then waiting for the email notification.

If it's not possible to leave these settings so that I can login and take a look with the site in minimal settings, then we will really need a copy of your site. If you don't want to use the Cloudways plugin, you can try using something like the Duplicator plugin to send us a copy of the site. But we will need to update the page and be able to send it to translation using a site with only WPML plugins active (and SiteOrigin of course). I have marked the next reply as private so that you can either send us credentials, a Duplicator package, or let us know the migration completed.

As you can see only the features in the box are available for translation.

Please see my previous response. We will either need access to a development where we can login and test sending translation, or we will need a copy of your site for further troubleshooting.

There are no credentials included in your previous reply. If you would like me to login and test the live site in minimal settings, I will need the login details. Please be sure to use the fields in the next reply that are set as private.
