Hi Support,

there is a customer (Order# 10396) put his Billing Address as Saudi Arabia, but put his Shipping Address as Italy. Then he was being charged in USD with IT VAT inclusive.
See attached screenshot and pls help to fix.

We need to change the currency based on shipping country.

I'm going to help you get started while a supporter takes your case.

it looks you're talking about a WooCommerce workflow and the VAT handling is not a WPML issue, we do not handle anything about that. we handle the languages, but the billing/shipping information is handled by WooCommerce.

In WooCommerce there are settings to decide how to apply the VAT, maybe you want to start from there and then contact their support if you have any questions.

If you disable WPML and try to recreate the same problem vs when you do the same with WPML enabled, you'll see the result between both tests won't change and will be decided by the option from WooCommerce.
