[Resolved] Split: Language switcher not translating

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the top menu does not translate from French to English.
Solution:
We recommend translating all products or at least a few from the WordPress admin area under 'Products' or via WPML -> Translation Management. This action might resolve the issue with the top menu not translating correctly.
If this solution does not seem relevant to your situation, please open a new support ticket with us.

Hi Pierre,

I see on the site that none of the products are translated so the Shop page in English is empty and thus might be causing the issue.

Can you please translate all Products or at least a few products from wp-admin -> Products or from WPML -> Translation Management and see if it helps with the issue?

Hi,

It is just strange that the shop page exist and it is accessible: hidden link even empty.

But from french boutique page hidden link, the translation button is missing in the menu.

I will try to translate few products, yes it might be the problem.

I'll keep you updated
