This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client received an automated email from WordPress about a fatal error with the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin, specifically related to a corrupted database entry causing an E_ERROR in a PHP file.
Solution:
We recommended the client to follow the steps to address the corrupted database entry as outlined in our forum post: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/urgent-support-needed-wpml-translation-error-no-translation-entry-found/#post-14305629. Additionally, we asked the client to provide debug information to help us better understand the issue. The guide for providing this information can be found here: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
