Background of the issue:
The installed WPML account on my site expired. I purchased a new account, but it does not connect. The issue can be seen at hidden link.

Symptoms:
The WPML account does not connect after purchasing a new one. This is the third time I am contacting the WPML support team without receiving an answer.

Questions:
Why does the new WPML account not connect after purchase?
What steps should I take to resolve the connection issue?

I have bought and install WPML two years ago on, hidden link but about three month ago I have bought a new one with a new account and I installed it to my second site hidden link and now: as I can use this app for three website and I am trying to connect it to my first site hidden link but it dose not connect for renewing the account. This issue caused a lot of problem to my site that you could see.

Due to not connecting and update the wmpl on wwwkabulpen.co the following issue is appearing o the top of the dashboard area too

This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /home/malistan/public_html/kabulpen.co/services/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114

Hello,

1) Go to https://wpml.org/account/sites/

2) Enter the site URL. This will create a new site key.

4) Click "Show key" and copy it.

5) Enter the key under Plugins > Install > Commercial (tab) to re-register WPML. If WPML is still registered there, deregister it first.

Further, verify if WPML is registered correctly at WPML > Support> Installer Support > Check now.

If the problem persists, please let us know.

I am so sorry but I have to tell you something
Let me to tell you one thing that, If I could cut off my contract with this company I would never wait one minute.
The guidance is looks like an old city when you enter there is a lot of unknown way that you do not know which one should be done
It is one week that my job is to install and remove this trash "WPML" and I have lost all of my others job. The support request is looks like climbing to Everest when we climbed then you the supporter tell what i have done during one week
Pleas tell me honestly if you solve the issue ok if you want send behind an other Rabbit again tell now that go after another translator

three weeks ago a small issue stopped my other website at list 1 week
