I am trying to duplicate the English page to the Polish page and translate it with WPML. The pages I am trying to translate are not available in other languages except English.
Symptoms:
The page is not loading, and it does not translate these four pages. It appears as 'in progress' in the Jobs section.
Questions:
Why does WPML not translate pages that are not translated in other languages?
How can I resolve the issue of pages appearing as 'in progress' in the Jobs section?

Also, older versions of WPBakery might be missing some custom XML configurations required for proper content translation. That’s why I’m requesting you to update the plugins.
Thank you for your patience. I’ve attempted to re-register the XML configuration for the basic shortcode, but the content still isn’t translating.
Do you have another staging site I can use for more in-depth troubleshooting? I may need to deactivate all non-essential plugins and switch themes to identify the cause.

I've reviewed the page at hidden link and removed one of the sections from the content as shown in the attached screenshot. After doing so, the translation is now displaying correctly on the Polish version: hidden link .
It appears this issue may also be affecting other posts, although the exact cause is still unclear. I’d like to escalate this to our 2nd Tier Support team for further investigation.
