Hi,

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. First of all, sorry for the late reply; it was due to a higher workload.

Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

Please go to WooCommerce-> WooCommerce Multilingual-> Attribute tab, and ensure the terms are translated.

If it's translated correctly, kindly update the product in the default language and its translation using the translation editor.

Best regards,
Osama

Hi,

Please check the following steps:

1- Go to Products-> All Products
2- Edit the problematic product in the default language
3- Add V2 to the product's title and update it
4- Remove the V2 and update it
5- Click on the spinning arrows icon to update its translation
6- Make sure the translation is 100% complete
7- Click on the complete translation button
8- Clear the site's cache and check the translated product on the front end

Best regards,
Osama

Hi,

I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

Best regards,
Osama
