Background of the issue:
I'm trying to translate gravity forms on my site hidden link using WPML. I followed the steps in the documentation provided at https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/gravity-forms-multilingual/.

Symptoms:
When I go through the steps, the forms go to the pre-publish review section. When I try to open the forms from the pending section, there's nothing there, and I can't open the form to find it in Farsi language to publish.

Questions:
Why are the forms not appearing in the pending section after following the translation steps?
How can I successfully translate and publish gravity forms in Farsi using WPML?

Hi there.

I think the issue here is that your current WordPress user (rayanchista) doesn't have the corresponding language pairs.

Please take a look here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-admin-capabilities/#add-translator

So, inside WPML > Translation Management > "Translators" tab at the top > you can edit your user account and set all the language pairs that you want to translate.

Go there and make sure that your current user has the "right" to translate from the default language into the other language that you are trying to translate into (Farsi).

After you set the correct language pairs and you save, go back again and see if you can now see the translation jobs in that list from your screenshot.

I hope that you will find this information helpful.

Yes, you are right. I followed the path you mentioned and added permission to translate for Farsi language to the user. But unfortunately, I still cannot review and publish the forms
The link you posted includes a section where you can specify who can use automatic translation, which is disabled for me. Is it because of this?
