This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was facing an issue where not all product variations were visible in secondary languages on their website, despite using WPML tools to synchronize and fix relationships.
Solution:
We first confirmed that the issue was isolated to specific products and requested access to the site's backend for further investigation. After gaining access and upon further testing on a staging site, we identified that some product attributes were not translated. We resolved the issue by translating all relevant attributes in WooCommerce -> WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency -> Attributes tab. After translating, we used the sync button at the bottom of the page to ensure all attributes were correctly synchronized across languages. This solution was then applied to the production site, resolving the visibility issue of product variations.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that all product variations are visible in secondary languages on my website. The primary product is available at hidden link, and the secondary language versions are at hidden link and hidden link. I have re-saved the primary product and used WPML tools like 'Sync product stock quantity and status', 'Fix translated variations relationships', and 'Sync removed product meta from original products to translations'.

Symptoms:
Not all variations are appearing in the secondary languages, despite using WPML tools to synchronize and fix relationships.

Questions:
Why are not all variations appearing in the secondary languages?
What additional steps can I take to resolve this issue?

Hi Jaap,
Thank you for sharing the credentials requested.

I have double-checked the configuration and everything seems to be correct, however, the product hidden link is manually translated using the WordPress Editor, so there might be an issue there. To be able to isolate the cause of the issue I will need to run further tests. Could you create a staging site with a copy of the live site so we can run the tests without affecting the production site?

I have set your next message private so you can share the credentials to the staging site securely.

Cheers.
Carlos

Thank you for creating the staging site.

I ran some troubleshooting steps in the staging site and found that the cause of the issue was that some attributes were not translated, so I translated all the attributes related to the product in Woocommerce -> Woocommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency -> Attributes tab and after finishing the translation of each attribute I use the button at the bottom to sync them. I applied the same steps on the production site and now you can see that the issue is solved.

Can you confirm that the issue disappeared?
