This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported an issue on their booking site where the total price for a booking period displayed correctly in English (the administrative language), but in Dutch, German, and French, it showed as the price per day, leading to incorrect tax and fee calculations.
Solution:
We identified that the Hotel Booking plugin used by the client was compatible with WPML. We recommended checking the translation of accommodation prices and ensuring all content was correctly translated. After the client updated the translations, the issue persisted, suggesting a possible minor bug. We then set up a Sandbox site for the client to test if the issue could be reproduced with a minimal setup. Upon translating the strings that showed the price per night, the issue was resolved. If you're experiencing similar issues, we recommend ensuring your booking plugin is compatible with WPML by checking here, and following the translation steps provided in the plugin's documentation, such as those for MotoPress Hotel Booking found here.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at here, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket.

Dear Team,
We are having the following issue on our booking site:
In English (the administrative language), it shows the total price for the period in the booking form correctly, while in the other three languages, Dutch, German, and French, it shows the total price for the period as being the price per day.
As a result, the taxes and fees are not calculated correctly in any language other than English.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Bart

Hi Bart,

Our 2nd-tier specialists suspect that there might be a minor bug in the code logic, so they asked to try to reproduce the issue in a minimal installation. For this reason, I have created a Sandbox site with a fresh new WordPress + WPML installation that you can access via this link: hidden link

I kindly ask you to install the booking plugin and just create one room type, one price, one room, and check if the issue persists. The goal of this test is to check if the issue can be reproduced, so please do not import any content from your production site; just create dummy information and let me know the results.

Hi Bart,

After some testing, when translating the strings that showed the price per night (hidden link) the issue seems to have disappeared. Please check on the site and let me know if you still see the issue.
