This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
I am trying to use WPML on my website https://homeportugal.ch to translate various elements such as the header, footer, agents, properties, and media.

Solution:
Please make sure that the header, footer and other elements you mentioned are set as translatable in WPML > Setting > Post Types Translations.

After that, please send them to translation in WPML > Translation Management;

Background of the issue:
I am trying to use WPML on my website hidden link to translate various elements such as the header, footer, agents, properties, and media.

Symptoms:
The header is not translated.

Questions:
Why is the header not being translated on my website?
How can I ensure that all elements like the footer, agents, properties, and media are translated using WPML?

Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with first debugging steps or if I can perhaps help with the issue quickly.

Please make sure that the header, footer and other elements you mentioned are set as translatable in WPML > Setting > Post Types Translations.

After that, please send them to translation in WPML > Translation Management;

Please contact this person. I would have to open a ticket for all issues, even though the ticket has been open for weeks and nothing has been resolved. I don't want to repeat the same thing 100 times.
