This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client received a Pay as You Go invoice with incorrect tax details from an old account, despite having updated their tax information in their current WPML account.

Solution:
1. We guided the client to update their tax details in the WPML account under the Personal Details section.
2. The client confirmed the tax details were correctly updated in the account, but the changes were not reflected in the received invoice.
3. We clarified that the issue was with a recent Pay as You Go invoice only.
4. Since the issue persisted, we escalated the ticket to our sales department for manual adjustment of the invoice.
5. We recommended not updating the personal details again as they were already set correctly.

Hey there,

To update the details, you need to do it from the backend of the site where you're using WPML. Then go to WPML> Translation dashboard> Tools.

Important note: this will change the details for future invoices. Unfortunately, we cannot update the details of an invoice which was already issued.
