This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to find links to translate in the email received and had issues with the 'Translate' buttons in the Translation Queue, which did not change to 'Edit' after confirming the translation. The client was also unsure about the function of the 'Resign' button.
Solution:
We recommended the client to cancel the problematic translation jobs in WPML > Translation Management > Jobs tab. Then, reassign the pages to a translator and send them to translation again. If the client clicks on 'Resign the job' on the WPML > Translations page, it will cancel the job, similar to the action in the Jobs tab. The client can resend a page to translation from WPML > Translation Management, or edit the page and click on the translation icon to translate it. We provided a link to our documentation for further guidance: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/#how-to-cancel-translation-jobs.

Hi Long
Just another thing I forgot to mention. Just before you send your response I have received the joined E-Mail which links lead to the translater pages. Unfortunately when I click on these links (start translating) as mentioned above I could not find any links to translate (I have not checked all the links on the E-Mail). Also in my Translation queue view (Printscreen joined) I have the buttons Translate that even if I click them and confirm the translation on the concerned pages does not change to Edit. Also I didn't dare to click on the red Redign, what would that do?
Thank you in advance for your feedback.
With my best Regards
Markus

Hi Markus,

Here is the new ticket. I've canceled those jobs in WPML > Translation Management > Jobs tab to check the issue with the translation URL on your site.
You can go to WPML > Translation Management > Select the pages, assign them to a translator and send them to translation to translate them again.

If you click on Resign the job on the WPML > Translations page, it works like when you cancel the job in the Jobs tab above.
You can re-send a page to translation from WPML > Translation Management. Or edit the page and click on the translation icon to translate it.

Refer documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/#how-to-cancel-translation-jobs

Thanks.
