Problem:
You are trying to change the image of a product for the German language on your site but the image is not updating through Media translation.
Solution:
First, ensure that you have uploaded a different image for the German version of the product. After uploading, you need to scan the page to adjust the changes. For detailed guidance, please refer to our documentation on how to display different media per language.
Additionally, verify by visiting the German product page to see if the image displays correctly. If issues persist, we recommend trying the upload process again.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, please check related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:

I have checked and I can see you have not uploaded any other image.

You need to upload different image there and then scan page to adjust changes.

Thats the issue i have uploaded the image there and then scan page to adjust but even after this then image is not changing on backend as well as frontend. After doing this again when i open the Media translator it show the old image only.
