Problem: The client reported an issue where the French mobile menu was displaying the incorrect label 'Certificats Cadeaux Vivanti' instead of 'Certificats Cadeaux'. Solution: We recommended the client to check and correct the navigation menu settings for the French language. Here are the steps we suggested: 1. Access the header templates at your WordPress admin area. 2. Edit the header template named Global Header Vivanti Final. 3. Ensure the primary-language template is updated and then retranslate it. After following these steps, the navigation menu should display the correct translated version.

Hi, why are we not receiving communication of the chat reply anymore by email? Also, before going this route, which I am not keen as we had issue in the past, give me some potential solutions first. In details, the page gift certificates vivanti was the original page (now rename hidden link) The new attachment shows the English menu label) So if English label displays correctly Gift Certificates, why French still displays the original source Certificats Cadeaux - Vivanti

If possible, clone the site to a staging site and I can quickly troubleshoot this for you.
As for not receiving notification on replies, could you click on this option shown in the attached screenshot on your ticket and select "Email notifications about ALL answers"

Thanks for your reply. I've checked, and the menu item "Original" source name follows the title of the page shown here hidden link . I've attached a screenshot highlighting it.
We know, the original page was named liked this, we changed the url and rename the label in English only to Gift certificates (instead of the original Gift certificates-Vivanti.
We cannot rename the French label in the menu, which is why it always shows Gift certificates-Vivanti. It must be renamed only: certificats cadeaux
