Background of the issue:
I am trying to manage prepaid credits for my sites. I had 3 sites under 'Sites Using Prepaid Credits': hidden link (a development site with 0 credits), nordic-sea-angling.se (a production site with 176 credits), and tropical-sea-angling.se/shop (a production site with more than 162000 credits). Our webshop was developed on the tropical-sea-angling.se domain but was moved to hidden link before launch. In the 'Sites Using Prepaid Credits' list, it still showed tropical-sea-angling.se/shop, but in the 'Registered Sites' list, it showed hidden link. I deleted the URL/Key for hidden link from the 'Registered Sites' list, and both it and tropical-sea-angling.se were removed from both lists. However, 82000 credits disappeared, and only 80000 credits were returned to our account.
Symptoms:
I expected to see 162000+ credits in my account, but I only got 80000 credits. Additionally, the 'Tools' tab in the admin of our site hidden link is missing, although it is present in hidden link and nordic-sea-angling.se.
Questions:
Why did 82000 credits disappear when I deleted the URL/Key for hidden link and can I get it back?

The /shop domain has 169702 credits available at the moment.

Regarding the "Tools" tab missing on your site, please go to WPML > Settings > and make sure that the "Advanced Translation Editor" is enabled. Otherwise, the "Tools" tab won't show up.
