There are couple of problems with my main menu on mobile version. When opening it, it's on the left side of the screen instead on the right. Also, when clicking on one of the menu links, the screen just becomes grey with no content. I'm using Hebrew language and it seems that the "right to left" modification is not properly working on it. |

Hi, before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process. RTL is controlled by your theme. As Flatsome it's advertised as RTL compatible, I recommend you to get in touch with the theme support: hidden link. Maybe they offer an option to move the hamburger menu in case they already include the needed CSS for it. This is not controlled by WPML, your theme is responsible for opening the hamburger menu position. The categories as hidden link are correctly translated. I suspect that your menu is configured to have a sub-menu, which could be empty. Please check first the menu entries on Appearance -> Menus for the translated menu. Best Regards |

Hey Marcel, I am not talking about the hamburger position. I am talking about the menu itself, when clicking on one of the categories to open the sub menu of them, the menu becomes grey and display nothing. For example if I am clicking on "Men" (גברים in Hebrew) It should open a sub menu of "Hoodies" "T-Shirts" "Joggers" etc. But instead it display nothing when click on "Men", like the whole menu is gone. I do not think that's Flatsome issue, it looks like a CSS issue or something with the plugin. |

Hi there, I have reviewed your information and can confirm that WPML does not add or remove any CSS functionality as this is always controlled by the theme. Have you been able to reach out to the Flatsome team ? They do know their code and CSS best which could lead to a faster solution. If you are confident that WPML is causing this behavior I have created a sandbox environment that is RTL, please upload Flatsome and set up your menu, and let me know your results without WPML being activated. Hey, I managed to solve it by changing some of the settings of the mobile menu within the Customize section of Flatsome. |
