While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with first debugging steps or if I can perhaps help with the issue quickly. Have you scanned your plugins for string translation? Please go to WPML -> Theme and plugin localization. Scan your WooCommerce and Subscriptions plugins as well as your theme for string translations. Then, go to WPML -> String Translation and look for the strings there. They should now be available for translation. |

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue. **Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken ** I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin. Thank you for the access details! I attempted adding a TEST order and subscription, unforutnately I was not able to see the same buttons under my account. Using the buttons from the screenshots you shared, I went to WPML->Theme and Plugins localization and scanned woocommerce-subscriptions-pro , now you should be able to see Change Payment Method available for tranlsation. hidden link please add the translation and let me know your results. |
