My credits are registered on my dev page instead of prod page

nicole-wietingK	Hello i have 2 questions which i need help. 1. My credits are assigned to hidden link but this domain is staging environment for our website. When we pushed the dev environment to the live environment on properti.ch . Can we face issue with the API calls and the licence on the live website?. 2. We have faced some issues when we do some changes on some Elementor templates. We are not getting error msgs in the logs just endless loading time. Can you help me please

You should be able to move credits from one site to the other by following the steps in our documentation here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/ You will also need to generate a new WPML key for the new domain (production) from here (https://wpml.org/account/sites) and add it to your WPML configuration in Plugins > Add new > Commercial. From my understanding, it seems that there is also a different issue happening that you are looking to have fixed. Per our Support Policy, we can handle only one issue per ticket. Continuing with one issue per ticket helps not only supporters to focus on one issue at once, but also enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster. Can you please open a new ticket for any new issue that you encounter with WPML and need help with? Thank you for your understanding. Mihai

nicole-wietingK	Hello Mihai. Our production site properti.ch is registered with different key and is in the list like a production site. When i want to assign credits to properti.ch i cannot see it in the list . i can see only the development sites. When I assign credits to hidden link the credits are showing on properti.ch. The staging and prod site have different registered keys. Can you please help me with this issue ? Thanks

It makes me feel like there's still a connection to the other key. 1. So, the 26k credits should be added to the staging site, right? Not the live site. 2. If that's correct, can you please share with me access to the staging site? Please create a full website backup and then share the credentials in the private fields I am enabling below. If you want, you can create a new admin user on both production and staging sites so that I can have access to both and check on both to see if I see anything strange. Thank you.
